On this day two years ago I gave birth to you & it was one of the happiest moments in my life. Being pregnant with you was a joy. I knew that if being pregnant with you was easy then being your mommy would be easy as well. Christiana I truly can't believe that 2 years have gone by already, I don't even want to think about fast forwarding to your teen years, heck or even when you become a wife and mother (yikes!). I am savoring ever moment of watching you grow into a beautiful girl (you will always be mommy's baby).
I love how each week you are meeting every milestone (and then some), I sometimes laugh because I'm like "Yup that's my little Munchie". I even sometimes sneak ahead to see what we are in store for. Right now I am really loving that you have become sooo lovie dovie. If I'm sitting down you'll come over and climb into my lap and give me hugs & kisses & say "Momma" while you are doing this. I hope that you will always want to hug and kiss me no matter what age. I know there will come a time when you may think it's not "cool" to show your momma some love, but it will always be cool to me. I know there will also come a time when you will be a "daddy's girl" and that's okay, but know that I will make sure we have our "mommy/daughter" days & nights.
