Fabulous Fashionista: Disco queen

Today was such a beautiful L.A. day!  We went to church (after an entire month), enjoyed one another over yummy Mexican food, daddy played a little golf, and of course I took pictures of Munchie in her adorable outfit.  This is another one of Christiana's outfits that she looked absolutely sooo cute in!  I call this one her disco queen dress.  The bright colors, the way it blows in the wind, the cut of the dress and of course the one shoulder action.  This was a Toys r' us sale rack purchase; I paid about $10...score!!!  I love a great bargain.

I think Christiana loved this dress as much as I did.  While we were outside taking these pictures she would watch how the wind made her dress move and she would grab the dress and rub it on her face.  

 

In between snapping pictures Christiana decided to try to squeeze her head in between the rails!  I must have grabbed her so quickly and told her "don't do that!"  Of course she thought it was funny, but she didn't try it again.  Man the things little kids try to do (you can see the dirt mark on her face in the picture).  Of course it's age appropriate; you know trying to find out about the world around her, but it can be a bit frightening.  Hopefully that was of the end of the can my head fit between the rails stage. 

Oh she also has a new hair style (thank you auntie Angel for this style)!  This style doesn't take half as long as her bantu knots and it's less up keep.  With the knots I felt like I was re-knotting her hair almost every night, she hated when I put the rubber bands on each knot, and then after I freaking put all those knots in she would pull at least 4 of them out! Grrrrr!  So oneday I decided to see if her hair was long enough for at least 6 little ponytails AND it was.  I said goodbye knots, hello ponytails and braids.  I'm looking forward to when her hair grows long enough so she can have one big afro puff or two puffs.  :O)

A girl should be should be two things, FABULOUS & CLASSY
