Last year Munchie didn't get an Easter basket; I mean why would she? She was only 3 months old! This year I wanted to make sure she had a cute basket. Michael's had beach buckets on sale for $1.50 (score!! and we can use the bucket for our summer beach trips...double score!!) and Easter foam adhesives on sale for about $2.00 for a pack of 4 girlie ducks & $2.00 for a pack of rabbits, eggs, & happy Easter...major score again!! Her total basket was no more than $6.00 (empty); actual baskets were at least that price.
Inside of her basket she had:
- A flip book "Baby Loves Spring"
- A teddy bear wearing a bunny costume (which she thinks is a doggie)
- A tea set (which ended up being a bath time toy)
- A ducky pillow pet
- Easter eggs filled with a few of her favorite treats: cheese crackers & yogurt melts
- A set of plastic bracelets
