Throwback Thursday: Celebrating daddy's birthday family style

     I have so many unpublished and unfinished posts, that I decided to post them every Thursday.  Not only do I have unfinished & unpublished posts, I have sooo many pictures on my phone & computer that I need to post.  Remember the purpose of me starting this blog was to have a memory "book" for Christiana, I've been doing a poor job and keeping it updated but I'm trying to do better.  :O)  There may be days when I just have a photo page (or purge the pictures from my phone) and days when I write, but this is for Munch and a way for me to document everything for her.  What's cool about blogger is they have a way to turn all these posts into a photo book!  Yaaay!

 

Anyhoo on to my "Throwback Thursday" post.

 

Last year we decided to spend daddy Teems birthday as a family.  A couple friends of mine told me that birthdays are no longer a couple thing anymore once a child(ren) come along, that they become family celebrations.  Weeell this was our first family birthday celebration.  I bought a living social voucher for the San Diego Safari Park, in my 30something years I've never been there.  So as the expiration date drew closer daddy Teems suggested making a family trip on his birthday weekend.

The weather was great, Christiana loved the zoo, and getting away from home is always a nice change.

I love family trips!  It's also exposing Christiana to other places and things.
