Washable markers are a must have for parents who have little children. The other night while I was planning my work week, Christiana decided to make herself a canvas. When I saw her coloring on her foot, I reminded her that she is to only color on paper. Weeell I guess she liked the way the marker felt on her skin because she colored both hands and feet. It was a mess!
So run her bath and wash her up and the marker didn't come all the way off! I must have scrubbed her hands and feet multiple times and the marker was still there. What the heck! After the scrubbing her hands and feet had a faint pink tint.
Lesson for the day: Only buy washable markers, even if they cost more. It's well worth it.
She really did a good job!
