Munchie Moments: Nail polish diva

TiTi Joy has created a nail polish diva!  Ever since she had a girls night with Christiana and polished her nails she always wants her nails polished.   I was going to wait to polish her nails, but I love the fact that Munchie wants them done.  I'm even looking forward to our future girlie spa nail shop days. Those I won't rush, but I will have our makeshift ones at home.  I'm still working on her keeping her polish on longer than 2 days. :0). She wants them polished, then she scrapes it off.  Lately I've been telling her how beautiful her nails look and that her polish is soooo pretty.  So far that's worked and this week I only had to repolish 4 nails and didn't have to polish ANY of her toes!  I'm super excited about that.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oh Christiana is now giving people compliments on their polished nails.  She'll look at their nails and say "I like your polished nails", then she'll grab their hand and look at them.  If her nails are polished she'll say, "I have polished nails" and show off her nails.  I love it!  Today we polished her nails blue and yellow.  Auntie Shelley asked me today, "What are you going to do when she starts school and they don't allow nail polish?".  Of course my reply was, "They have schools that do that?"  Well when I do run across that bridge, I'll just keep her toes polished super cute and keep her hands well manicured with a nice coat of clear polish.  When a special occasion happens I'll polish them and take them off when it's time for school.  Luckily I don't have to worry about that right now, so I'm going to keep polishing her nails with whatever color Munchie desires.

Oh don't be afraid to leave comments, eventually I'll be turning this blog into a memory book for Christiana.  I know I always like hearing stories about when I was a kid, so I bet she'll like the little kind words people were saying about her.  :O)
